Deposit and Payment Terms and Conditions


General

• By making a booking with Further Reflections (Regardless of whether this booking required a deposit), the customer has accepted these Deposit and Payment Terms and Conditions, and is bound by them



Booking Deposit

• Where the package includes either an Enhancement Detail or Correction Detail, a deposit of £50.00 is required for each day of the appointment to secure your booking (e.g. a 2-Day Detail will require a deposit of £100.00)
• This deposit must be received by Further Reflections at least 7 calendar days prior to the date of the booking and can be paid by cash, or by cheque payable to: M Netherwood



Cancellation by the Customer

• Where the booking is cancelled by the customer less than 7 calendar days prior to the booking, or the customer fails to arrive for the booking, the deposit is non-refundable
• Where the booking is cancelled by the customer 7 or more calendar days prior to the appointment, the deposit will be refunded in full to the customer. Alternatively the customer can choose to use this deposit to secure an alternative date
• Where the deposit is refunded to the customer, no interest is payable on the amount which has been held in deposit



Cancellation by Further Reflections

• Where the booking is cancelled by Further Reflections, the deposit will be refunded in full to the customer. Alternatively the customer can choose to use this deposit to secure an alternative date. This is regardless of the amount of notice given by Further Reflections
• Where the deposit is refunded to the customer, no interest is payable on the amount which has been held in deposit



Payment

• Full payment of the total invoice amount (Less any deposit already paid) must be made on the day of completion of the work, unless prior alternative arrangements have been agreed between the customer and Further Reflections
• Payment can be made by cash, or by cheque payable to: M Netherwood
• Debit or Credit Card payments cannot currently be accepted
